Jerry’s dual expertise in psychology and strategic communications enables him to identify clients’ motivators and help them overcome their fears – so they can excel in their communications. Jerry’s work with government agencies, and at companies such as AT&T, IBM, GE, and the NRC, helps him bring out the best from executives at all levels and all industries.

Jerry is a master at analyzing clients’ communication skills and business needs – and developing communication strategies that help clients focus on their business goals. He works closely with executives to develop impactful, clear narratives that align the personal and business values. Jerry’s specialty is coaching speakers to “be present in the moment” so they can deliver with authenticity and communicate effectively to any audience in any environment.

Background

Jerry taught communications courses in the graduate psychology department at New York University, and crisis communications classes at The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He moderates advisory boards and guest lectures throughout the world. Jerry received his undergraduate degree in psychology from University of Michigan, and his master’s degree in psychology from New York University.

Special Interests

Jerry has been a committed community member who served for 16 years on his town’s school board, as well as on local political committees. He is an avid supporter of the Easter Seals, Get Stuff Done for Kids, the Ferocious Lotus Theater, and the Delray Arts Guild. In his spare time, Jerry likes to exercise, attend concerts, explore the culinary scene, and travel to see family and friends.
